Eduardo Almeida is a Member of Technical Staff at NASA JPL. He works on computer vision for maritime robotics and Mars 2020. For maritime robotics projects, he develops new capabilities in stereo vision-based navigation for autonomous surface vessels. For the Mars 2020 tasks, Eduardo supports various aspects of the image processing analysis, including rock detection, DEM generation, and mast camera pointing.
