Biography

Mielad Sabzehi is a Robotics Technologist in the Robotic Mobility Group. He received his BSc (2021) and MSc (2023) in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. In his MSc program, he specialized in Aerospace Engineering and Computer Science. Before his role as a Robotics Technologist, he worked at JPL as a Visiting Researcher conducting research on machine learning-based mobility optimization for planetary rovers. He is a member of the Mobility & Mechanisms subsystem team for the Mars Science Laboratory rover and Robotic Arm subsystem team for the Mars 2020 rover.
